FAQs

FAQs

How much space do I need to turn around with “zero turn radius”?
For the YD8203, you would need a space that is 8ft 8in diameter (across) at it’s narrowest point. See the diagram above in the product photos section.

What is the smallest opening through which I can drive the YD8203?
You would need a width of at least 25.25 inches for your machine to pass through.

How much of an incline can I drive my trackbarrow up/down? What’s the maximum slope? What about driving it across an incline?

The limiting factor when using your barrow on an incline or slope is the engine oil. All of our engines are equipped with low oil shut down and the engine will shut down if there isn’t enough oil to keep it lubricated.

If you have it at the minimum level on the dip stick required by the oil sensor (370ml) it breaks down as follows:

  1. The engine will not shut down whatever degree when the power wheelbarrows declines from right to left (Right hand side higher than the left hand side).
  2. The engine will shut down at 9.2 degree when the power wheelbarrow declines from the left to the right. (Left hand side is higher than the right hand side).
  3. The engine will shut down at 26 degree when the power wheelbarrow declines from the front to the rear (The front is higher than the rear).
  4. The engine will shut down at 19 degree when the power wheelbarrow declines from the rear to the front (The rear is higher than the front).

When the engine is with maximum engine oil allowed (top notch of the dipstick), i.e. 670ml

  1. The engine will not shut down whatever degree when the power wheelbarrows declines from right to left. (Right hand side higher than the left hand side)
  2. The engine will shut down at 20.5 degree when the power wheelbarrow declines from the left to the right. (Left hand side is higher than the right hand side).
  3. The engine will not shut down at whatever degree when the power wheelbarrow declines from the front to the rear (The front is higher than the rear).
  4. The engine will not shut down at whatever degree when the power wheelbarrow declines from the rear to the front (The rear is higher than the front).
